美國現時的情，有如在一旋渦中，投入的資源，轉眼已被捲走，國會剛通過的修定刺激經濟方案，有如泥牛入海。

雖然奧巴馬政府已確知問題所在，要求鋃行慢強制收樓程序和個案，以便能擬出一個有效的救樓按方案，關鍵是樓價會否續跌。只要再跌，任何方案皆失效，若止跌，小小刺激便能擊起千重浪。
